Since this project is set to be a concept EP, outlined below is a brief synopsis of the narrative:
A nomadic civilization, far from our notion of reality, prepares to migrate to farther galactic domains.
Summarized version of narrative’s cast (characters)
1. “The Rock” (an auspicious landmark in the nomads’ current home. The populace’s relationship to it has often been mistaken for superstition) – as contextualized on the single Need The Sun
2. “She” (personification of wisdom) – as contextualized on And She Calls
3. Dancing Lights (a living sanctuary city) – as contextualized on What’s There Not to Love About Here?
4. The Young Ones (also known as Pilgrims; skilled voyagers, younger in age than other nomads) – as contextualized on And She Calls
5. Blue Worm (a despicable creature rumored to have once been noble under a previous alter ego “Sun-Son”), Sun-Son (a noble rumored to have once lived in Dancing Lights) & Bulls of Og (notorious gang loathed for their brutality & looting sprees) as narrated on Clouds Instead
A multi-country listening party schedule soon to be announced after the joint’s release.
This project is an ode to humanity’s collective audacity, but it’s also a reflection of the grandness of my own aspirations and the idea that there’s always more heights to scale even at the apparent apex of one’s abilities or personal trajectory.
